One of my favorite things to eat is soup! If you have followed me for a while you know that cooking makes me happy, I really enjoy preparing plant-based meals for my family. I had always thought that we can express our love through food.

Camila loves this soup, it is so tasty and yummy! I’m sure you are going to love it too.

INGREDIENTS:

6 peeled carrots
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of vegetal stock powder
1/2 cup of coconut milk
Himalayan salt
Black pepper

PROCESS:

Cook your carrots in boiling water and add the vegetal stock and the ginger.
Add your salt and pepper to taste.
Once the carrots are cooked blend them with the coconut milk.


Note: It is important to blend the carrots with just some of the boiled water, add the milk little by little until desired texture.
